The empowerment for the less privileged (ELP) foundation is a non-religious, non-governmental and not for profit making organization founded by the presiding bishop of The Redeemed Evangelical Mission (TREM) Dr. Mike Okonkwo.
ELP Foundation is committed to alleviating the plight of the underprivileged in the society by providing free basic skill acquisition trainings.
As part of our aim to increase the health consciousness of Nigerians, ELP also offers free medical checks and donates wheelchairs to hospitals within the country.
ELP Foundation has also provided scholarships to brilliant but financially challenged students who have now successfully graduated from various tertiary institutions in Nigeria.
